The Lithrone 28 won't move.

During the blanket change on the last unit, the machine stopped working. When I press the READY button, there is no ready sound and the machine won’t rotate. Even when the TUNE UP button is pressed, the machine does not respond. No indicator lights are showing on the SAFETY MONITOR that would suggest a triggered safety sensor.

Does anyone have an idea what I could check to find out where the problem is?
