Produced by Reed Exhibitions, the world’s leading event organizer, SinoFoldingCarton 2013 will run at the Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Center in Dongguan from August 21 to August 23. After years of sustained improvement, SinoFoldingCarton is now the dominant, efficient purchasing platform trusted by leading folding carton companies.

This year’s event will bring together 300+ suppliers of hi-tech equipment and consumables from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other major manufacturing nations across Asia. Shenzhen Teside, one of China’s best known laser equipment manufacturers, will showcase its newest laser die-cutting machine at the show.

With a long history of researching and developing laser equipment, Teside uses sealed laser generators on its latest die-cutting machines so no auxiliary gas is needed in the cutting process. The machine as very low energy consumption, it uses 220V of power, and it comes on immediately. Its operating costs are under RMB 5/hr (USD 0.8/hr), and it can cut 18mm, 20mm and 23mm wood boards with great precision.

The laser die-cutting machine’s cutting software is compatible with AutoCAD, CorelDraw and Adobe Photoshop. Teside also supports customers by providing on-site installation and machine operator training to help with troubleshooting and eliminate set-up delays.

The machine can cut through 18-22mm wood board in a single slice, at an approximate speed of 1m every two minutes. The deviation remains within 0.05mm and power consumption is about 3kW/hour.

As the global economy recovers and environmental protection concepts become increasingly mainstream, exciting new opportunities are emerging for the folding carton industry. Teside looks forward to welcoming visitors to Booth 3E288-291 during SinoFoldingCarton 2013.
