If you're using a North American version of the Technotrans have you taken measures to insure correct voltage? Also may want to make sure your not building up to much heat as a result of dirty cooling unit. Is there a big buildup of powder inside the guts of the unit?

    Hi sir:
    Please see your

1)schematic diagram, according with schematic the Technotran is consuming 40Amp, you must use
some Amperimeter and test how much current is there??

    2) See with a DMM, if the Input Voltage is according with the Technotran version US 460Vac, 3 phases, 60HZ, if the Input is higher adjust the Tap Primaria in your transformer, and vice-versa if lower.

    3) After you make the correction, measure again if the CB 01, is tripped? if does you have possible problems : a) Transformer XFMR01 : Winding Overheating , or defective b) Rectifier defective or after Rectifier some load that they feed( see the schematic electric) in Short, or Overheating.

    4) Try to give Better ventilation to control Box, maybe installing additional Fans for better ventilation.
