Hi Everyone,
I am having trouble with the Technotrans on our 1998 SM102-8-P5

For a few weeks now, the Technotrans was not coming on regularly when the temperature rose to 11 degrees Celsius.
Our set temperature is 10 degrees so the unit usually comes on at 11 degrees Celsius.

In order to keep running, the operator would monitor the Technotrans and switch it OFF and back ON manually in order to get the refrigeration cooling cycle started again when the unit has gone beyond 11 degrees and not switched ON automatically as it should.

Once the unit switches ON, it runs fine and cuts OFF at the set temperature of 10 degrees. This problem was happening intermittently, however today, the problem persisted throughout our 11 hour shift.

What could be the cause of this?

Could it be the Flow Switch?
Our Technotrans is equipped with LEFOO FS51 FLOW SWITCH

Could it be the SOLENOID?
Our Technotrans is equipped with a DANFOSS solenoid - 24V, 20W
Part No. 018Z6968

Please see pictures below.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Please let me know if you have any thoughts on the above problem.

Thank you in advance.

Shawn

What the error coming in chiller display.

This valve get supply along with compressor contatctor.
If you had doubt you can give direct +24 volt supply from chiller pannel.
