Techno trans ink line problems.

Hi all, I'm having a few problems with techno trans ink lines.
1 is moving along rail but not dosing. It will dose by hand but not automatically. I'm guessing it's the bottom sensor but not entirely sure.

Another will error then pop up open with a new cartridge in.
Does anyone have a trouble shooting sheet for these inklines or a readout of the different errors shown by different numbers of flashes by blues error light.

Hi Mike
Open the top lid. You will see a row of LEDs. Right down LED status once you face the problem and post it for us.
