sx 74, 2 color perfector 2013 model

My machine has stopped
Fault reads: cylinder guard unit 1 open.
However the guard is in actual fact closed and the switch +1 s90 is ok.
voltage at DIPM 220 +91A32 plug x10 pin 10 is +14v0lts
voltage at DIPM 220 +91A32 plug x20 pin 90 is +24 volts
The machine will only start to run when the voltage at pin 10 drops down mysteriously to zero.
Can someone explain to me how I can fix this problem?

I hope you are well
Try to adjust the switch, and clean the contacts with special cleaner contacts
by other sides, Tight very well the wires, and test it for continuity, (repair or replace),see
if there are Voltages according with the schematic diagrams.
Let me know, any question or doubt about.

I have done all the above but the + 14volts just appears where its supposed to be 0 volts on pin 10 on plug x10
