I have problem with operation of suction wheel driver motor on LS640 machinen.
It turns for 10 seconds then is stopped with overload error. The motor was replaced by mechanic but problem is not resolved.
I would be grateful for solutions.

Have you hit the slowdown wheel with a Palet or paper? If so the shaft may be bent or the castings may need re-alining.

It is probably the wheels themselves. You will need to take the whole slowdown mechanism out of the press and inspect. Check the sides of the wheels to see if they are sharp. They should be smooth and rounded. I had this same problem on a press and had to replace all 4 of them.
