Static problems on didde dg-860.

Static buildup on sheets coming out of the sheeter so bad it won't go into the stacker. Running 17# self contained paper for the duplicate part of checks. Running on didde dg-860 with no problems, also running on a dg-860 rebuilt by super web with major static issues. Static eliminate bar is working, running tinsil and dryer sheets everywhere. The 2 presses are right next to each other so climate control shouldn't be the issue.

I have a humidifier reader right on the control panel. When it drops to 47 then i have problems. So i turn up the humidifier for the room.

Do you have a humidifier for the room?
I ust to use a small house humidifier right beside the press.
