Startup problem

[SM52]

We are having a startup problem on our SM 52 2 color, year on machine 2000.
It will not boot up past the Heidelberg logo. My research on this forum, it seems there is 2 possible ways to reset it. One is to reset the cpu by grounding out a certain pin while the machine is under power and the other option is to put a jumper on the X-11 plug. My question is what pins do I put the jumper on on the X-ll plug and do I ground them out on the machine? Or do I jumper them from pin to pin? Should the machine be under power when jumping the pins?
Attached are photos. I put numbers on the X-11 plug photo pins as reference to indicate to me which pins need to be jumpered to each other or to the ground.
Any help is appreciated.

There is a prpcedure to do that you need to stop the machine with emergency syop and then switch off the machine pit the shunt run the machine again and wait for synchronisation then switch off and remove the emergency boutton and run rhe machine normally .
That need assistance and do the procedure very well .

1...Switch off the press on x11 Board connect two jumpers one to 9-10 pins and the other to 11-12 pins .
2. Switch the press on after that switching on, wait until you see the display panel (screen) return to its main-page. should take less then 2 or three minutes.
3. Switch-off and remove the Jumpers.
4. Switch-ON the press again.
5. Finish.
