Starting problem CD102-5+LX

when you turn on the machine, the press starts normally but the console screen and the wallscreen remain frozen as in the photos. can anyone help me?

 

Hi,
The HDD of IPC has damaged since it shows a Widows related error in start up. Try to boot the IPC with back up disk. Hopefully it helps.

It's related to primary hard disk faulty.
There is one dip switch on ipc you have to change to 2 .
If it is first time then it will take 4-10 minutes to boot
