Hi all, glad I've found a forum in which I can learn from those that have been in the business. I'm located in St. Kitts a small island in the Caribbean and I'm trying to build a print shop that will fill the void of persons looking to get quality prints without going overseas. For now I'll be purchasing a rebuilt Xerox C75 I'm looking a doing business cards, flyers, posters, booklets, reports and small run magazines. Oh and and labels we have a good amount of small business agro processors that do bottling of various all natural products etc. So I would like to get some idea on the finishing products in which to buy amounted that kind of stuff. I've already made contact with Mac Papers for paper stock. But any suggestions and guidance here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
It's going well thanks for asking. The printer is being shipped to Miami then from Miami here to me in St. Kitts. I'm signing the lease for the place this weekend and I hope to do some work in the building in regard to layout and electrical work. Really Souldern like to start 2nd or 3rd week in February but it all comes down to clearance of items from customs. Do you have any images of your prints hope front-end layout. Because it will be mainly quick print copy turnaround type shop
