Start up issues SM52 two colour

We have a mint 2008 Heidelberg 2 colour speedmaster that has continually had problems starting up for almost two years, mainly during the colder months of winter. We are getting different fault lights on each attempt...nothing consistant. I suspect it is a software problem but Heidelberg are keen to replace a circuit board @$14K...is anyone else having this problem. We have been leaving the machine on
but today we have been unable to start it after having fault lights appear overnight.
