stained impression/ink built up on metering rollers

    working on a l528c we get our screen printing stained(not even) and ink comes a lot on metering rollers; checked roller setting, pressure, clened fountain w prisco royal flush, changed ink...any ideas? Thank you

    Check your fountain solution for correct quantity of additives/temperature/pH or it could be calcium on rollers

    thanks mantman; i tried just about everything there's to do on a printing machine.
    the only try that solved the stained print was to readjust the pressure plate/blanket; i checked it before and even that bearers toutched i made it stronger and it seems problem gone. stay tuned.

    try adding 1 tbls baking soda to five gallons fountain solution and about one quart of alcohol between 5 and 10 percent this will stop chromes from taking ink and transferring to meters
