Stahl VBF 2001 Three Knife Trimmer Operation / Central Lube & Hydraulic Oil Grade

Just bought a Stahl VBF 2001 3 Knife Trimmer cannot seem to understand the controls, also need to know the Oil Grade required for central lubrication and also the Hydraulic Oil Grade required. The machine did not come with any manuals with it. See pictures below Hope any forum member can point me to the right direction. Thank you in advance.
