stahl t82 speed will not change

The speed on the folder will not change, we can set the speed to whatever but when the enter is pushed it just stays at the 4500 per hr. Same thing when we use the buttons to just bring the speed up. There's not any error code showing and everything else seems to be working. This happened when an untrained operator was trying to set up the machine. That may or may not have anything to do with it.

There is a palamides delta 703 being used.

Any ideas?

Hi sir:
Reduce the crawl speed.
Switch off the machine at the main switch and switch back on after 30 seconds.

If the problem persist, problem in the electronic control motor speed. Test, and look for dry and colder joint solder.
