Stahl Folder PFH66 failed to start software

My folding machine is facing an error that cannot start the software, hangs when running to the java.exe file
I have checked all the canbus connections and the computer boards on the machine, their working status is still normal.
Has anyone encountered such an error?

Normally this kind of monitor has battery, measure the voltage , and if it low replace it!!

Clean battery contacts.

However clean all flat +ribbon cables, and tight for looses, in the Monitor, and edge connectors

Thank you for your help!
I have now checked the issues you mentioned above, the cables I have checked and re-plugged.
The computer still boots up and runs into winxp normally, just can't get into the program to run the machine
Could this error be caused by a faulty memory card of the computer?
Do you have the software for this machine?

Hi, yes can be a faulty memory card, however please, clean the pins and the base of them from dirty +corroded, very well, use electronic cleaner spray.

However Reset the CPU, attached is there in PDF , how to Reset the Cpu.

If this Step does not work, please Reinstall the new version of software, Do not have software.
