Stahl folder KD 66/4

Hi, I have a display panel for a stahl folder KD66/4 as shown in the picture, the chip marked in the picture is a GAL20v, the chip is shorted and i have no display on the screen. Can anyone help me get the fuse maps for this GAL?. The chip is labelled as 101514 03 U59
