"Stacker bridge is unlocked" 100K

The "unlocked" error will not resolve even after rebooting of the press a couple times (which involved over-the-phone then remote technical support to finally get the press controller launched - bridge error is still present.

I have opened and closed doors several times, looked around for this sensor, I am at a lost. Anyone have a suggestion? I am not getting any technical support on this and it has been since Thursday late afternoon. (Thank you in advance)

In older indigo series there is a paper transport board calle pcn controlling this interlocks. Try to reconect the conectors in this boar o replace it.
