Hi all, I have problem in my SMCD 102 - 6. The problem is when running normally. All servo motor suddenly can't moved.

Dyn test error appear :
Ssk1 7ffb
Ssk2 7ffb
Ssk3 7ffb

After we restart the machine, ssk back to normal. But sometimes after we run the machine the problem is back. The problem is intermitten.

Anyone can help ? What is 7ffb mean ?

  • “Motor mechanically blocked”. What model year? Sounds as if a servo, which would likely be active during production, is faulting out intermittently. Maybe feeder timing servo? See if turning off the auto timing feature changes problem.

The problem discover when the Machine running normaly, then we are setting the up down movement of suction head, but it cannot move up and down, whereas it can move up and down before machine running.
    Yes the fault is intermitten

I have tried to check on electric panel, the NTK on SSK rack is shut off.

OK, hopefully one of the guys with more CPTronic expertise can get you sorted out.

    Hi sir
replace the ntk reached with another identical ntk and in good condition from another rack, if that does not work then check the voltages on the grm cards they must have a tolerance of 0.7%
