spray bombs

    im running a komori l26 with a weko t77c spray unit,ive blown it all out and the pipes,cleaned out the delivery yet still getting powder bombs,any ideas?

    check that the sheets arnt "flapping" as they come off the last impression and up onto the swan neck.Give all the fans a clean out from underneath.once the delivery looks spotless, i always run the press at full speed for a few minutes to loosen any remaining powder.Does your delivery have I.R?does it have an extractor hood?

    thanks,it has i.r and a extractor hood,il clean the swan neck,it does have quite alot of powder,you may have cracked it thanks
