I am having this problem can anyone help me to fix it

 

Main drive, check brake and encoder...
Run it on higher speed and check brake if it is hot. I had same problem last week....

Also check main drive belt, maybe its greesy or untighten...

Hi sir:
I strong recommend you test first this power supply , lack or missing or out of tolerance you will have various problem like shown in the Pic attached :


a) NTK +24vDC supply : provides to operation panel +signal lamps+solenoid valves+brush monitoring main motor

b) the other power supply NTK +24Vdc provides: brake of the main motor +contactors central control cabinet

c) NTK +5vDC Supply for all electronics Board

d) Look, for loose wires, broken, connectors, dirty, corrosion,etc

Dear sir i changed these boards with another machine but there is same problem.

 

Do Not understand, you do Not follows my steps.
Test the Power Supply first, you can exchange all Board, if the Power Supply Is faulty, Not función.
Use a Good tech; electronic/electrical, or some Profesional Engineer Sr.
