Speedmaster 102 – "Feeder On" Button Not Working, No Main Error

Hello everyone,

We have a Heidelberg Speedmaster 102 – 10 Color, and we’re experiencing an issue where we cannot turn the feeder ON using the Feeder On button. The machine does not display any main error messages, but the dynamic error list shows:

• S-HAK 2 M3
• S-SSK 2
• S-HAK 5 M1
  

We checked the BKM board and confirmed that it has proper supply voltage. As a test, we removed the BKM and connected the feeder clutch directly with outside voltage supply—this caused the feeder clutch to engage, and when we manually actuated the pneumatic valves, the air system started and the paper began feeding correctly. This confirms that the feeder mechanics and pneumatics are working.

Our question:
What condition or signal is preventing the machine from allowing the Feeder On function to activate?

Additional info:
When we manually touch the mechanical double-sheet detector, the feeder displays the error “Mechanical double sheet detector.” However, pressing the Feeder On button does not reset this error anymore, whereas in the past it would reset normally.

Printing pressure too high is com (faulty ssk2)
As per you ssk2 error is coming in dyn test

If there is no error then check on display delivery pile position (pile at bottom stop 70)
