Speedmaster 102-- 8 units

hello everybody i have a problem with adjustment of printing pressure.
the motors are not flashing on cptronic but i can't increase or decrease the value for all units.

 

After seeing on pic all seems ok
It may be due any one of the switch on cptronic consle is faulty and remain presse(stuck) because if any switch is presses on cptronic console then it will not give any other command to press.

Hi dear, I would like to know, when you turn on the machine, do the register motors do a test? Does the phenomenon occur on the eight groups?

 

Normlly if rhey dont do a good test it will give an error code

 

I think that the problem is on the variant code , please check the original variant code

 

Hi sir:

These normal problem, is coming in the most case :

1) Regulated power supply in tolerance in the Cptronic, Test very well according with his schematic electrical

2) some defective Ribbon Cable, or Flat cables, loose, or dirty, or corroded, or Open, test it, and clean very well....!!!

3) look, for connectors loose, dirty, corroded, Edge connectors in the PCB , clean very well with pencil eraser, for oxide( this is the 75% of failure in electronic problem)!!! , and then use contact cleaner very well.

Look if the Cptronic use Battery , and replace if the voltage is lower to the printed in the case.
