speed master 102 problem

hi,guys I have problem with my machine sm 102 two col. cannot figure it out why? losing icon from control panel? (slow down wheel) especially when you turn the machine off. heildelberg changed the board but still happenning? is anyone accross this problem before...

what icon are you talking about? Please provide more details

Without knowing how old your machine is it may be difficult to troubleshoot this in a forum. Usually when CPtronic is missing an icon it is because the computer does not see that function on your press. This could be because the plug to your slow down wheels is not plugged in correctly or could be a bad SSK board. You could try swapping SSK boards if your press has 2 and check the plug connection. If this doesnt work it would require a visit from Heidelberg.
