Source for plastic labels for color laser printing stickers

I print our color photo logo and ID information for labeling cases, equipment, and electronics.

Paper stickers are only holding up for a few months before I have to replace. Sometimes they aren't sticking well enough and are falling off after a month.

What's a good source for durable plastic stickers I can color laser print?
