Dear sir
Can anyone recommend oil
For central lubrication for sormz
I'm finding difficulty getting shell
Omala150 and Castrol ep 150
Which other oil can do
Thanks

Sir plz send it in English

Hi, the closest thing we have found is an SAE 140, designed for 4x4 truck gearboxes. Based on ISO to SAE equivalence tables, its viscosity is slightly high—since it should be an SAE 75W-80—but as long as it is above SAE 90 and rated for gear transmissions, it should be okay.

    Dear sir
For oil circulation does the oil knob need to be presses continuously or
    Intermittent pressing is okay
    Thanks

I believe most manuals recommend activating the button/lever 2 or 3 times every 4 hours. I am not familiar with the SORMZ oil circuit, but I assume it must be the same as the GTO or the SM. If you open the service and drive-side covers and see that a few drops of oil come out when activating the button, it should be okay. As it runs, the remaining oil left under pressure in the lines tends to drip out. If it doesn't drip in all printing units, check the connections. I hope this helps.

  • Ok we will open the oil cover n see
If oil is coming on the other side ( operator side of the press )
But when we put the oil it does go down after a few days , the operator has told me that he intermittently
Presses the oil activation knob once
    Or twice daily
I will keep you updated, thanks
    Very much

When you hear the pump growl, it has reached its highest pressure, and cycle is complete
