I have a 1988, Heidelberg sormz and
The powder spray unit is not working
We have cleaned the nozzle n blown
The pipes with compressed air
The motor is working the belt is ok
What else can be the reason

Have you examined closely the circular aluminum vane assembly that the belt drives? Not the disc that the belt runs on, the inner vane assembly that's driven by the disc. I've seen the vane assembly detached from the spindle. Are you getting air movement into the glass powder bowl? Is the solenoid magnet opening the orifice when operating on impression?
