Hello Sir,
I have damper control motor problem with SORDZ machine. Both motors are run but can't contol the speed. So I checked spv pcb voltage s as marked. +24/ +15/-15 are ok. If you give me an any idea it is great help for me
Thanks so much

Hi , you must check if the regulated power supply is in tolerance 0.7% up or down, VERY IMPORTANT!!

Otherwise, you will Not FIND the problem.

Let me know.

    Sir,
I have a doubt about small step dowvn transformer witch give power to SPV card.
Could you tell me what is the secondary voltage of the transformer
    Thanks

If you have wiring schematic diagrams for his machine, you can see it , what is the Voltages in Secondary Main transformer.

    Let me know.

But you must look x Main transformer, since this electrical device , feed all machine controls ok?

    Blessings

Your question was : Could you tell me what is the secondary voltage of the transformer

i did reply, look in the schematic wiring the Voltage VCA step down transformer ??

Do you have the wiring schematic in PDF, and can indicate the number of schematic wiring diagram ???

  • Very sorry. Some part is missing in my email
Main control transfomer voltages are perfect
As mentioned in the strip on terminal bar.
I mean that there's small stepdown transfomer for power up spv card.
I think spv card input voltage is 24v
Now it is going to 30v
That 30v comes from abov transfomer via bridge rectifie
    Transfomer primary voltage is 220v
Secondary is centre tapped and it gives
    12.2v- 0v 11.7v
Please could I know those voltage values ok for the spv card
    Thanks very much

Normally the secondary is 28Vca for to feed the circuits

However, has been changes in the circuit of S offset
