Smyth 12 Experienced Operator

I'm looking for someone with knowledge in operating the Smyth 12 sewer. Any leads will help. I've already tried Smyth and their tech would never call back...

 

I am familiar with this machine. I used to run one back in the early 90's and had a few on my floor in the late 90's. I'd be glad to help if I can. What is your challenge?

 

Thanks for responding. I have several questions about the machine and the way it's operated. I purchased it and had it shipped to me.
I have not been trained on it, although most of it I've figured out on my own, but do have a couple of small issues I'm trying to solve.
