Smudging, missing colors in print status sheet on Epson Stylus Pro 9900

I acquired an Epson Stylus Pro 9900 for very cheap from someone who got it at auction and wasn't sure if it worked. I did some power cleanings, got a new roll of paper and it's worked ok for my purposes. But when I do a "nozzle check" test print there are two colors partially/completely missing (green partially, and I believe one of the blacks completely), and the text in partially missing/smudged. I've attached photos of the test print, and the print it made during calibration.

I thought it might be the very old ink, so I replaced with some new InkOwl refillable ink, but its still happening.

It also started raising an error "00110", and there was another error previously I don't recall.

Any thoughts on what might be happening? Thanks in advance!
