SM74 Slowdown motor

2003 SM74P slowdown motor completely stopped turning, it's not froze up. There's no movement at all, is there a relay or fuse somewhere that controls this?

Happy New year.

1) Test the fuses 15 F1+F2.

2) Look, voltages in the teminals ak3+ak2+ak1 Input and output in the control electronic board SLT :KM+AM

3) s5 contact monitoring brus.

4)If there are voltages in the Ak3+ak1+ak2, and NOT THE : kM +AM, output the control electronic board SLT, can be defective.

5) If there are output in the km+am, measure the terminales of motor, and see if there are. Otherwise motor faulty.

However,look for loose wires, corroded, bad contacts, wires broken, fuses open as indicated before.

 

Can you turn the machine by crankhandle?

 

Yes you can do it, carefully, try with machine OFF.

 

I'm intrigued .....what has this got to do with a delivery slow down motor.....am i missing something ?

 

1-Disassemble the engine, 2-check if there is a hard or not on the engine, 3-check the cordoms, 4-check all the retarder system to see if there is a hard or not. After all these checks if everything is good you will focus on the electrical and electronic component. thank you very much and good luck
