SM74 Main motor problem

Hi, here to give you some trouble.
I'm having a weird issue on my Heidelberg SM74 4 color. It's been couple of days facing this. Machine isn't inching or running, makes a warning beep and when I go to inch, it tries to but doesn't inch at all. Also doesn't show any fault or warning on the screen. When I insert crank handle doesn't make noise and can't turn with handle too. Only after pulling brake, it turns with inching or handle.
Any professionals or who had similar problem in the past, with your suggestions are appreciated.

It's 2003 model. So old old.

So I'm quite sure UVM4, the module controls brake is defective. Order one from China or get this one repaired.
