SM74 Drystar 2000 error 1609

Dear sir,
please help.
the IR light turns off after a while the 1609 error comes to the dryer, if I turn the IR off and on, then the IR light turns on for a while. then again off IR light.

please help me, how I am solve this problem.

 

Hi,
Check blower -M90 if it starts once the lamps are ignited.
Check the hose connection to dryer slide-in unit +E2 for tears and secure attachment.
Check differential pressure switch -B110 (behinde electric cabinet lid)
Take out the slide-in unit, clean it with blast air and put it back.

Let us know if you still struglle with this problem.

Air supply for cooling
the radiators in dryer
slide-in unit +E1 is
insufficient or
non-existent.

D Differential pressure
switch -B90 has
been tripped.

D Check the auxiliary
contact of motor
circuit breaker -Q90.

 

Dear sir,
We are Check air pipe, air is ok. Motor circuit breaker Q90. When IR light is on Q90 magnetic conductor on. After few minutes This Error come and than IR light off. Than rest error than IR light on. Today i am short/Connected D Differential pressure
switch -B90 two terminal than not come this error and machine run Normal way. That time i am check D Differential pressure switch -B90 by multimeter, (Common)3 and 2(NO) switching properly. when Q90 magnetic conductor and motor ON.Please see the photo.Could you please give me the 3 Differetial pressure Switch variable Valu!

D Check blower -M90
D Check the hose connection
to dryer slide-in unit +E1 for
tears and secure

D Check differential pressure
switch -B90
