SM74-8color 2005 NTK board no supply

Hi, the machine shows Fault Detected during operation message and Emergency button pressed sign without location. No display in Feeder or Delivery small display.
INIT test show
S-EAK 1 to 12 F3FF
Dyn Test shows
S=LA NTK FFFE
S-EAK1 to 12 F3FF

On panel board Second NTK board has Led off. Swapping NTK board, reasult is same. Second NTK board led off. So the board may not be problem. The input or output for the board may be problem.
All circuit breaker are OK. Please suggest.

 

Most likely there is a short circuit somewhere in the machine. Start checking the dampening solution sensors on the units. The faulty ones become warm and even hot. The next can delivery pile height control sensor. Check the cable as it gets damages.
