Sm74-5 ink zone motors,lateral/seconfrential motors(uniti to unit5) does not move.

Sm74-5 ink zone motors,lateral/circomfrential motors(uniti to unit5) does not move.

ABOVE MACHINE, SM74-5-P3, SER.#:622929, 1998 MODEL WITH CPC 1-04 HAVE PROBLEM OF INK ZONE MOTORS, LATERAL/CIRCUMFRENTIAL MOTORS (UNIT 1 TO UNIT5), DOES NOT MOVE. ON THE CPC SCREEN AND ON THE INK ZONE MOTOR, LEDs MOVES AND BLINKS WITHOUT THE MOTORS MAKING ANY MOVE.
CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME OUT PLEASE, I WILL APPRECIATE.

Make sure the Key on the CPC 1-04 is turned to position 1 and not in position 2
or better still have someone test that the key function is working correctly
