    Hello,

    I Have a 2003 SM52-5-P-L with cp2000.
The machine was running normally yesterday. Today when started, it runs for 10 seconds then stops.
Whenever you hit the run button, it runs for seconds then stops again.

The brake is working fine. the air pressure is fine.

On the main machine, there are no errors. But when I look into the diagnostics page, I find the errors attached in the image. Has anyone ever been through such an error?
Is it mostly the main motor encoder causing this issue?

"The error is: Failure of tacho pulse generator, IDS (A) or tachometer does not rotate (S-HWI).

I cleaned any paper stuck in the machine or under it. I ran the machine in forward and in backward in inch and the same error ocurs after a while.
The machine runs smoothly using the crank handle.
The feeder sensors and paper alignment sensors are working fine.

    Hi,
Probably the belt is greasy. Clean it with IPA and try again.

    Hi sir
perhaps there is slippage that exceeds 4 degrees between the main motor encoder and the ids and this may be caused by a faulty main motor belt -belt which is not well tensioned -a basic adjustment of the ids - encoder of the main motor damaged or full of dust from the brake blade, if necessary replace it. good luck
