hi chock ,i got 1 machine of heidelberg sm74-4h 1995 year , i got error code of blt_con 5bfc & 7dff . And now my uvm circuit board burn some IC .

 

Anyone have this problem? I am trying to solve the problem - can anyone help me?

error code 7DFF;

*Check:
During the brake test machine rotates more than 4 degrees . Check brake and belt or can be full of oil .

ERROR code 5bfc

*Check:
Engine temperature > 140 degrees C ( warning ) .
*Check:
Engine speed exceeds allowable range .
Wrong direction of rotation of motor found .

About IC burn , 1) check power supply for supply the electronic board 2) Look for Dry +colder joint solder in the board
3) cleaned all Edge connector boards!!!!!!
