SM52 double sheet detector problems

We are running an SM52 with CPTRONIC-4 console. The press keeps stopping and showing double sheet with only one sheet in feeder. We tried cleaning and adjusting everything and it still does it. Has anybody seen this problem?

Please retest the Inductive Sensor 1B65 or 1B66 for double sheet detector.
See if there are voltages in the terminal cables. Loose connectors, broken wires, Dirty connector with oil, etc, or corroded terminal pins.
or desoldered wires from pins.
2) Sometimes the belts running in the Feeder are Dirty from under pulley table in the Feeder Clean from dust of paper, and Put a Little
Lube, use the WD-40.
3) if everything is Right the signal goes to A/D converter in the processor Board SAK. see if the wires are broken, loose, dirty, or desolder to the board.
Remember double sheet exist : a)FUK sensor do not detects paper b) FUK sensor detect paper

Function
The double sheet detector refers to the following checking devices.
Double sheet detector on the feeder.

Double sheet detector on the pulling device
(see chapter C, Pulling device)

The double sheet detector on the feeder is provided with two rolls. The bottom roll (Fig. 2 /3) either runs on the sheet stream (standard setting) or is positioned slightly above the sheet surface. If a double sheet occurs, it is turned or lifted. As a result, the upper roll (Fig. 2 /1) turns, thus tripping the sensor (Fig. 2 /5).
The feeder stops and the electronic control system reduces the press speed to 3,000 sheets/h.

Standard setting
Use the handle (Fig. 2 /4) to set the outer ring (Fig. 2 /3) to the grooved ball bearing (Fig. 2 /1).
Use the control knob (Fig. 2 /6) to set the grooved ball bearing and the outer ring (Fig. 2 /1, 2 /3) to the feed table with the shingled sheets (towards minus), until the grooved ball bearing turns. The clamping piece (Fig. 2 /2) will then no longer cover the sensor (Fig. 2 /5) and a double sheet is detected.
Turn the control knob (Fig. 2 /6) back by two to three notches (towards plus).
Note
The distance between two notches of the control knob (Fig. 2 /6) is 1/100 mm .

 

check sheet arriving
sheet must be aligned at the front lay at 268 ° ± 5° .
if not correct time ,must to make ,basic adjustment of feeder to the printing unit!!!
