hi,
sm52-4 high pile, cp2000
anyone can help please., problem with the automatic pile feeder is not working. even i already clean all the sensors.

regards,

Start by checking all connections on the limit switches, at both ends.

  • I always start with the simple things, like at the bottom of the electrical cabinet beside the feeder. Look at the plugs and make sure everything is pluged in and not damaged. Then one person to enguage the limit and you watch at the cp tronic screen and make sure the computor sees the switch. Keep me posted

Hi..when you run the presswith feeder running the lifting suckers trigger the table lift.if you take the cover off the feed head you will see asmall sensor.this works with one of the lifting suckers to time the lift until the foot stops the stack rising..the problem may be the sucker but probably the sensor..do you have a local press which you can swap/test the parts? Regards..pdprintuk..

  • Hello,
I have the same problem. We checked all switches and two sensors on the feeder head.
We have seen that the two sensors are defective.
This is the second time we have had to replace them this year.
Could someone help me find the source of the problem?
    Thank you in advance.

    Hi sir:

    Hope you are well.

    1) You must need to test the power supply for to feed the Sensors.

    2) If the power supply is out of tolerance, this affect the power supply and the sensors or other electronic devices.

    3) I am strong recommend you: to test the Input Primary Transformer of the machine, maybe you have 220Vac, 380Vac or other sources, and adapt the Taps of the main transformer.

    4) If the tolerance is more about the 12% etc, Please install the Regulator Relay Voltage from Heidelberg, in the Output secondary Transformer, this will help you to reduce this kind of problem in the future.
