Sm52-2 dip roller not adjustable

Good morning,

any idea whats the problem if you can´t adjustable the dip roller to the chrome roller?
It´s like the screw is not working correct or there is not enough pressure.
You can turn the screw complet in and out. It´s just moving a little bit.
Its on both printing units just A.S. , the other side is better.

Maybe it needs lubricating . Possible it backed out too far and exited the adjuster..I would pull everything out and start over. Don't be afraid to set all settings on th lighter side. Instead of 4 or 5 mm try 3 to 4. Make sure everything is backed out equally.
Get some kind of penetrating catalyst rust inhibitor and spray the heck out of it. Your good side could be way out of wack electing the opposite side.
Could be an air valve also.
