SM102 Schematics Needed - IR lamps not working

Heidelberg SM102, 1995 Press Main problem is the IR lamps are not working

 

Have you checked the IR unit cooling system? It is a most common fault that the liquid cooling system has air in it or the blowers for the lamp does not work properly or blocked air hoses.

 

Hi sir,
try to test the 1)Temperature sensor+cleaned with isopropyl alcohol
2) see if the C. Breaker are Off.turn On. 3)see if the terminal are corroded, clean or replace, 4)See what is the Voltage
of lamp in the plate, and measure with DMM see the Schematic Diagrams
Of course see if IWM earth leakage monitor is Good or faulty.

It is a Pillar. Control Cabinet says Berthel Com Con 110. Do you have schematics ? Or helpful thoughts. I patiently await your response THANKS!

 

OK, if it is coming Berthel you should see errors on it. Error code or description you have?

 

Just remember something, is this unit was in operation or it has been installed recently?

 

Keep in mind one thing, I am the Web Pressroom Manager and am trying to help out the sheet fed guys. Here are the codes:
1601: hot-air disturb. 1609: air supply rad. cooling dist. 1613: dryer-Emerg. stop. 1614: slide in dryer loosened 1706: slide in unit rad 1 defect 1707: slide in unit rad 2 defect 1708: slide in unit rad 3 defect 1709: slide in unit rad 4 defect.
Then the FEHLEL ERROR red light is on
This is not a new install

The manual that I have in PDF is for new models. I have to check the printed manuals in my office by tomorrow. But I check the error codes.
1601 and 1609 are mainly caused by broken hosing between dryer cabin and slide in unit. Check if they are fine.
1613 is for emergency signal from machine. This signal is generated by SAM module on the back side of electrical main cabin. If machine is running then ask a qualified technicianot to check wiring.
1614 is for safety switch on slide in unit. Check if it is loosen and fork shape trigger is sliding into the switch properly.
1706, 1707, 1708 are defective IR lamps which I don't believe all of them were gone. Check power socket on slide in unit. Sometimes pins on male plug are jammed during maintenance.

Have you ever had low battery issue on ComCon 110 recently? In some cases while basic parameters are gone these issues are appearing on the display.

Check these and come back to us.

I will try to find the schematics for this unit.
