SM102 General malfunction of the main pile drive part

I am facing this kind of error, the machine keep stopping. And the motor (as attached photo) is hot.

 

Can you send a photo from diagnosis page?

This is not right. Take a photo from the page where shows auxiliary drives. While you have the error, it shows a "RED" dot on one of them.

 

I am wondering is these?

Porblem comes once power on machine Or it comes when you press up down button
Or it come in production

 

Was during production, its keep stopping. But if without production seems still same, we tested to lift up/down the delivery.

 

It seem problem I break of motor.
Can be fix easily. Any motor repairing person can do easily.
Have to remove encoder, clean the break. Some time cable sheild(hair) stuck in break results pooerr working

 

yes, it's the brake of the pile motor's problem, pls change one new brake disc

 

Brake changed, coil serviced , cable connector checked. Still the same problem.
