SM102 fault 91 S-MOT

Hello, my Heidelberg SM102 press malfunctioned after a sudden power outage, which damaged the main motor encoder. I replaced the main encoder, but when I try to start it, it displays error 91, then the error clears, and the machine doesn't start. The fault history indicates that the machine is locked by S-Mot, and I don't know which circuit board is responsible.
