Hello everyone.
I have a problem with our SM102.

However, I don't notice anything when printing.

does anyone know the error?

Thank you

Servo drive fault, m12. You'll probably have to post picture of fault showing in diagnostics, init test and/or dynamics test.

  • Additionally, the service screen SSK will show you what servo is not being recognized.

Ssk2 M12 mean that you have error on the M12 servo drive , you need to check init test to see exactly what happend .
Send me a picture of init test then we will continue the diagnosis .

    Good morning,
    thank you for your help.

the same error in t=0 and t=-1

No servomotor is connected (no current flow, when driven).
The direction of rotation of the servomotor and the feedback information of the potentiometer do not match. Regarding rectifiers, table rollers, inking ductors, circumferential and lateral registers: implausible feedback voltage of the potentiometer (< DC 50 mV, > DC 9.95 V).

The M12 is not detected , please try to check connection to the M12 , or motor defective .
Try also to remove and put the ssk card very well . Check voltage it can be also defective flat cable on the rack or bed connexion

Good morning, so I can rule out the inking ductors, circumferential and lateral registers.

But I sometimes had the feeling that the papersheets were incorrectly corrected from the position.
I actually thought it was because the paper was so wavy.

  • Hello everyone, we have now been able to fix the problem.

After a while, the dampening roller in the second inking unit stopped working.

Now it was on the circuit board of the midi valve.
There was a cold solder joint on the board.

We resoldered all the connectors on the board and everything worked perfectly after that.

    Thank your for your help!
