Hi all master, can I know what is the solution for this EAK_13 problem?

That would not be a diagnostic display, if you’re having an issue with the control cabinet (which is the “13” designation), you’ll have to post the DYN and/or INIT SCREENS. EAK screen shows only I/O conditions.

Hi everyone
I have same problem in sm74-5
EAK_ 13 0000 blinking
And no button functioning at all
All the screen show only heidelberg.
What Wil be the solution please let me know
I cannot open even open dyn/ int

First, try (with power off) resetting EAK boards. This is done by simply unplugging and plugging back in all EAKs.

I have tried this process unplugging and plugging back of all EAK board..

But still didn't get solve..

Did you try exchanging the EAK board to see if the problem moves put in a different slot?
