    Hi all

Have a small problem with an SM102-2P with CPT. The problem is automatic delivery pile lowering is not working. (The pile can be operated with buttons on the delivery panel (both speeds and both directions are working well) and also the automatic feeder pile raising is functioning well) So I've checked all the limit switches on the delivery (by checking the inputs of the EAK_12 and SEK) and they seems work fine. (This machine is bit older one and the stack height control sensor 12B69 is not fixed originally and also there is no input as 70 since the EAK has only 64 inputs. )

Have I done anything wrong there? Can anybody please tell what might be the problem there?

    Thanks in advance.

Have you checked the microswitch that reads the feeder pile chain movement?

    Hi junker,
    Thank you for quick reply.
Because this is a CPTronic machine, that 2-way switching mechanism is replaced by cptronic system. So there is no such switch on feeder or delivery. The governer foot is directly connected to the STK card.

    Hi Nimesh,

Have you tried interchanging your STK and HAK?

    Hi..
Yes zahid, that's the only thing I'm left with. I'll do it and let you know the result.

It's OK junker, no worries, I know you were trying to help it's the most valuable thing here.. :) :)
