SM102 CP TRONIC CPC1.02 problem stuck at open

Turn on your machine, look at what the MID displays, (the small lcd at the delivery) push an emergency switch at the delivery, if the blue malfunction light flashes then your press is OK, but looking at your Rek2 i dont believe you will see a blue flashing lamp when an emergency is pressed, a faulty eak aur any other board can cause the press to not boot up and behave such as in your case. I would not recommend doing anything too the Rek2 unless you have made a basic initialization of the press, in my experience REK2 is rarely the problem in such cases, I would recommend you to bring in a HDM technician

I'm agree with Waqas, do not play around on RGP6. You can't do any kind of repairing on this module. Can you send us a short movie from CP2000 once it is freeze?
