Hi to all master. I am facing 2 problems on my SM102-5-P2+L (year 1996):-
    1) No beep sound before machine running. It supposed beep sound first before machine running for safety feature. (photo show the beep speaker)

    2) Can't get exact position on side lay. Once the operator set the size, it always auto change to exceeded size then the operator need to adjust back manually. I suspect 1 of the board having issue, anyone know which is the relevant board?

    Hope anyone can advice. Thanks.

Side lay potentiometer is failing, likely cause of positional error. Suggest you check voltage at alarm, obviously, if there’s voltage in bursts and no alarm, the alarm is bad. Never saw one fail, but it’s surely possible. You may also find that the triggering relay has a burned out coil. Don't have schematics, but you'll find it in the delivery LVT.

There is a procedure for setting up the rectifiers pulling them to their position but to do it quickly try to put a sheet to print in the center of the margin table then launch the form automatically from the console it will certainly give an offset unplug the rectifier potentiometer and manually move the rectifier until it approaches the sheet by 5 mm then plug the potentiometer back in using the drive belt and that's it it's approximate
