SM102 AutoPreset.

I appreciate your technical advice on the Heidelberg SM102 auto preset , when we key in the paper size the feeder head and paper side guides does not move/ no response and thus the feeder head stay a the same place. Meanwhile they moves when the their push button switch is activated.

You must test, clean, and tight very well connector for Sensors; 11B10 +11B55, and replac if necessary, after conclusion
that is defective.

be sure that the delivery pile and the feeder pile are all the way down
