Dear All,
Currently i'm face issue with the press SM102 4 color pefector CPtronic control.
Problem happen to be the machine counter display was wrong compare with in CPtronic console!
while the press is running under 7000 speed the counting are same but after speed increased more that 8000 it happen where the CPtronic console shown the counter stop counting but the press still running with paper and display on machine still counting. Even the paper stop to feed in and feeder stop. machine still running with impression On and counter counting on the machine.
until i press the stop button then only the machine stop with error shown unit 3 paper jam or still a paper at unit 3. in actual fact there are no more paper since we stop the paper in feed until the last sheet the machine still impression.
after inching for several times at unit 3, then the press can run again. or power off and power on again.
i have try swapping EAK_2 card for feeder and delivery, unit 1 EAK_2 to others. still the same thing happen
